The short kimono sleeves attach to a narrow cuff, which can be turned up or left unfolded. The bodice is shaped by curved panel lines, and the back features a button closure.
PDF sewing pattern: it includes a detailed instructions booklet, at-home printing pattern (A4 – Letter) and a copyshop pattern (A0). All of this in English.
10,30€
Fabric (150cm width): 1,70m for sizes XXS to M and 1,90m for sizes L to XXL
5x 1cm (3/8”) buttons.
45cm (18”) Lightweight fusible interfacing. If you are using very lightweight fabric then it is recommended that you interface your cuffs, in which case an additional 55cm/ 22” of interfacing will be required.
76cm (30”) of single fold binding tape (only if you are not making binding with your fabric. Self-binding is not recommended for thicker fabrics).
The Forsythe Dress is best suited to light to medium weight woven fabric with an element of drape. Challis, chambray, cotton shirting, flannel, lightweight linen blends, viscose, rayon or viscose/rayon blends.
Due to the relaxed fit of the dress it is recommended you size down one size when using fabric with a large amount of stretch.
