The Modern Sewer – Potters jacket
Sewing pattern Potters Jacket : designed to be useful all year round. The cut is neat and smart with a two piece sleeve, simple collar and featuring 3 welt pockets. It is designed to work in a huge range of fabrics to give you a completely dierent garment depending on your choice or material. For winter options you could make this jacket in wool or wax cotton and summer options include heavy linens or denims which could be left unlined. We recommend practising your welt pockets on scrap fabric before tackling your jacket as this is the trickiest part of the process (and also the first step!).
